SHIP LOADING AND UNLOADING

Golfetto Sangati offers solutions for the handling of free-flowing or not free-flowing materials such as wheat, corn, barley, soybean, sunflower seeds, rapeseed, coffee, sugar, rice, soy meal. All the integrated equipment and systems have been designed in-house by Golfetto Sangati, according to the local environmental features and with the goal of minimizing energy consumption, dust and material leaks.

Golfetto Sangati, through its trade name Berga, is a point of reference for the design and construction of complete ship loading and unloading systems for ports.
The company designed and built more than 50 port installations all around the world (Italy, France, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Kenya, Egypt, Turkey, Lebanon, Iran, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Vietnam, Indonesia,  China, ...) and has a leading role in the technological progress from the first pneumatic unloaders to the latest mechanical loaders/unloaders.
The company provides a wide range of handling and storage systems, loading and unloading systems on wheels or tracks relying on the best technical concepts, with handling capacity ranging from 50 to 2000 t/h.

Case History

Port of Yuzhnyi

MV Cargo LLC , has awarded Golfetto Sangati a Contract to design, manufacture, deliver and start-up a Shiploader in the Port of Yuzhnyi (Ukraine).
The scope of supply includes one Mobile Shiploader type TRANSLOAD rated at 2.000 tph, with conveying route inside the machine composed by belt conveyors (width of 1.800 mm).
During the design, the outline of the steel structure has been optimized considering the significant loads of the various components.

The Shiploader is actually under construction in the workshop and will be commissioned during Q1 2017.

 

Port of Costanta

Canopus, a JV Company of Cargill (USA) and TTS (Romania) has awarded Golfetto Sangati a Contract to design, manufacture, deliver and start-up a new Ship loading terminal in the Port of Costanta (Romania).
The scope of supply includes one Mobile Shiploader type TRANSLOAD rated at 800 tph and the relevant handling equipment from truck intake to storage and ship load-out.
The new terminal has been successfully commissioned in 2015 and is actually in operation.
All equipment has been designed and built according to Client specifications.

 

Rostov Fluvial Port

Rostov Fluvial Port Project in Russia is the refurbishment of an existing plant to increase the initial handling capacity up to 400 tph.

The scope of supply incorporates chain conveyors, belt conveyors and bucket elevators all design in compliance with the local environmental feature (- 25 °C).

The new terminal has been successfully commissioned during 2016 and is actually in operation.

 

Lesiolo Project

Lesiolo Project in Kenya consists of the extension of storage silos (18.000 ton) and mechanical handling system rated at 100 tph and bulk load-out system for truck loading with the installation of special dust suppressor combined with gross flow measurement system.

The new terminal has been successfully commissioned during 2016 and is actually in operation.

 

Grandi Molini d'Italia

Grandi Molini d'Italia awarded in Livorno , is a contract for the design, manufacture and construction of the unloading mechanic tower with 600 tph rated capacity designed to unload ships up to 50.000 tons, the storage with two silos with capacity of 33.500 ton, the wagon and truck intake and the material cleaning section before milling plant.
