The FOODTECHMASTER is a series of professional training courses organized by Pavan with the aim of sharing knowledge and expertise on food production technology.
The seminars will be held by Professors of the academic community and Process Engineers of Pavan Divisions. Topics will cover the entire production process, from theoretical aspects to extremely practical issues as trials in a pilot plant and panel tests for sensory evaluation.
Fresh Pasta Course
The topics wil cover the following aspects:
> Raw materials
> Product analysis
> Dough preparation
> Product forming
> Thermal treatment
> Industrial plant building
Maintenance Management course
The courses will address the topics of predictive maintenance and maintenance management of a pasta or extruded products production plant, allowing participants to acquire theoretical knowledge and attend practical demonstrations on maintenance and reliability.
This course will be divided in two modules:
Module one: Maintenance of food processing plants
Module two: Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of dry pasta plants
Technology week in Panama City
Following on from the recent positive experiences with seminars in Miami and Bangkok, Pavan Group organizes a new Technology Week in Panama City: a special edition of the Food Tech Master dedicated to Latin American market. By a learning opportunity articulated on 2 different professional training modules, respectively dedicated to Extruded Products (snacks and breakfast cereals) and Dry Pasta, Pavan invites all industry operators from Central and South American to this training experience.
