Pavan proudly announces the cooperation with ICC: a further improvement for the Food Tech Master
The next edition of the Food Tech Master on dry pasta processing technology will benefit of the recently agreed cooperation with ICC (International Association for Cereal Science and Technology): a further proof of authoritativeness of the courses offered by Pavan Group.
ICC is an independent, internationally recognized organization of experts specializing in the milling of wheat and other cereals, bread making, and the production of other cereal-based foods from around the world. In more recent times ICC has expanded its focus to address issues that contribute to improved food quality, food safety and food security for the health and well-being of all people.
Some of the lecturers of the Food Tech Master are influential members of the ICC Governing Committee, so further guaranteeing the highest teaching level.
